How it works.

  1. Start the flight.Enter the fuel in each tank. Add fuel at destination from your flight computer if you have it.
  2. Set fuel flow.Tap a preset or drag the slider. Climb is set for you at takeoff.
  3. Switch when told.An alarm rings on iPhone and your watch taps your wrist. Log the switch in one tap.
  4. Correct as you go.Enter your totalizer reading at any time. The plan updates.

The plan.

  • Each switch keeps the tanks within your maximum imbalance.
  • With fuel at destination set, the last switch is planned so both tanks land equal.
  • Switches fall on round numbers, so they are easy to read off a totalizer.
  • Low-fuel warnings for each tank. Gallons or pounds.
